About

At a time when my soul was searching for balance, I met

Iyengar Yoga. Thanks to her precision, she provided me with the tools

to one's own change and perception of the world around. I decided to pass on the transformation that can be experienced thanks to Iyengar yoga, and that's how the idea of becoming Iyengar yoga teacher was born. My mentor on this journey is the inspiring Helena Kubrychtova Bartova. Under her guidance, I went through a 3-year study, which I completed with an exam with international certification in 2023. I continue to develop my skills in follow-up studies.

I believe that change is the key to moving forward, and therefore I would like to support you in your own change through Iyengar yoga.
