What yoga poses to practice when your back hurts? What will help the pain between the shoulder blades? Does your cervical spine hurt? The workshop will teach you how to help yourself to support the healthy development of the spine along its entire length.

WHAT'S COMING UP?

You will try different positions to relax or strengthen certain parts of the back - the lower back, the place between the shoulder blades, the cervical spine. You will learn how to engage the right muscles so that the back does not suffer. Inverted positions will be part of the workshop too. At the end, you can look forward to breathing while lying down and relaxing .

For all those who want to know more about their own body or suffer from lower back pain.

  • You will learn how to perform the poses safely.

  • You will receive clear instructions on how to practice the positions at home.

  • You will calm your head and increase your ability to concentrate

 

 

WHAT TO PREPARE FOR THE WORKSHOP?

In addition to the mat, also a basic set of props: bolster, 2 blocks, blanket, belt. Homemade alternatives can also be used.

After the workshop, you will receive a handbook including an overview of positions for practicing at home.
