WHAT'S COMING UP?
You will try different positions to relax or strengthen certain parts of the back - the lower back, the place between the shoulder blades, the cervical spine. You will learn how to engage the right muscles so that the back does not suffer. Inverted positions will be part of the workshop too. At the end, you can look forward to breathing while lying down and relaxing .

WHAT TO PREPARE FOR THE WORKSHOP?
In addition to the mat, also a basic set of props: bolster, 2 blocks, blanket, belt. Homemade alternatives can also be used.
